You'll own full-cycle recruiting across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East for a hypergrowth AI and video commerce company. You'll leverage AI-native sourcing and build automations to find talent beyond LinkedIn, partnering with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end hiring across creative, technical, and non-technical roles
• Use AI tools (LLMs, Gem, hireEZ) for unconventional sourcing
• Craft personalized outreach that converts across different roles and markets
• Track pipeline health and bring data-driven insights to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in global hypergrowth startups
• Active use of LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in daily workflow
• Demonstrated builder mindset with automation of own workflows
• Experience sourcing through unconventional channels (GitHub, Discord, etc.)

• Experience in SaaS or video commerce industries
• Familiarity with India, Southeast Asia, and Middle East talent markets
• Track record of high-quality candidate experience and hiring manager partnership
