  • Own the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach to close
  • Navigate C-suite multi-stakeholder deals involving COOs, CHROs, CEOs
  • Collaborate with Learning Design and Leadership to tailor solutions
  • Diagnose pitch failures and adjust business case independently

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in Enterprise Sales into Health Systems
  • Proven ability to build business cases for CFOs or Chief People Officers
  • Resilience in navigating long, bureaucratic sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
