- Own the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach to close
- Navigate C-suite multi-stakeholder deals involving COOs, CHROs, CEOs
- Collaborate with Learning Design and Leadership to tailor solutions
- Diagnose pitch failures and adjust business case independently
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in Enterprise Sales into Health Systems
- Proven ability to build business cases for CFOs or Chief People Officers
- Resilience in navigating long, bureaucratic sales cycles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
