💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to create the best experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, cover the sales floor, and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing shopping experience using product knowledge and customer service skills
• Step up to cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Support planogram changes, stock room organization, and store tidiness

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using store equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
