💼 About This Role

You'll drive end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional initiatives across Paytm's Lending Platform. You will own delivery across loan origination, underwriting, integrations, and servicing. This role combines strong program management with Agile Scrum expertise to coordinate multiple teams and external partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery of large cross-team initiatives across the lending lifecycle.
• Break product roadmap into execution plans and sprint deliverables.
• Act as Scrum Master for multiple squads, running all Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Risk, Ops, and external partners.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years in Technical Program Management or Scrum Master role.
• Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Banking platforms.
• Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent).
• Hands-on JIRA and Confluence experience.

• Experience with lending platforms (LOS, LMS).
• Knowledge of KYC, credit bureau, or payment gateway integrations.
