You'll lead strategic customer programs for Mapbox's key enterprise clients, owning end-to-end delivery from kickoff to launch and post-launch support. You'll drive cross-functional alignment between customers and internal teams to ensure successful, on-time launches while managing risks and escalations. This high-impact role offers the chance to shape processes and build deep expertise in real-time location technology.

  • Lead technical programs with Premium Support customers.
  • Act as primary interface between customers and internal teams.
  • Define success metrics and drive program goals.
  • Translate customer requirements into roadmap priorities.
  • Lead senior-level discussions on timelines and trade-offs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years leading enterprise software implementations in post-sales.
  • Proven ownership of complex multi-stakeholder deployments.
  • Experience with scope management, SOW execution, and escalations.
  • Technical fluency in cloud architectures and API/SDK integrations.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in location or mapping technology.
  • Certification in program management (PMP, etc.).
