You'll lead strategic customer programs for Mapbox's key enterprise clients, owning end-to-end delivery from kickoff to launch and post-launch support. You'll drive cross-functional alignment between customers and internal teams to ensure successful, on-time launches while managing risks and escalations. This high-impact role offers the chance to shape processes and build deep expertise in real-time location technology.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead technical programs with Premium Support customers.
- Act as primary interface between customers and internal teams.
- Define success metrics and drive program goals.
- Translate customer requirements into roadmap priorities.
- Lead senior-level discussions on timelines and trade-offs.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years leading enterprise software implementations in post-sales.
- Proven ownership of complex multi-stakeholder deployments.
- Experience with scope management, SOW execution, and escalations.
- Technical fluency in cloud architectures and API/SDK integrations.

- Experience in location or mapping technology.
- Certification in program management (PMP, etc.).
