Description

You will lead Stripe's startup marketing and community strategy in AUNZ, designing programs to engage founders and operators, drive pipeline and revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to execute field marketing, demand generation, and ecosystem engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in the AUNZ Startup Technology market
• Experience with event management, field marketing, account-based marketing, and multi-touch campaigns
• Ability to partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience with VC and PE partnerships
• Data-driven mindset with ability to report on marketing performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement startup audience marketing and ecosystem engagement strategy across AUNZ
• Design and lead community-driven and field marketing programs including events, partner activations, and ecosystem initiatives
• Manage marketing programs with VC firms, accelerators, incubators, and startup ecosystem partners
• Develop and execute segment marketing strategies and field programs for target personas and accounts
• Define and run full-funnel, segment-specific plans including digital marketing, campaigns, ABM, events, and partner marketing
