🎯 What You'll Do

• Define a clear, cohesive design pipeline
• Pitch and implement big features, deconstructing into smaller components
• Own game balancing, pace, and feel
• Fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feel

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Game Development
• At least 3 years as a game designer
• Experience working on mobile games, F2P or RPG
• Proficiency in Unity

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in designing LiveOps for a live product
• Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software
• Ability to create a playable prototype individually
