You will support cross-functional marketing initiatives from intake through delivery, managing timelines, stakeholder alignment, and creative workflows in a fast-paced environment, helping launch Pacvue's new Mexico City hub.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or creative operations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing and creative projects from intake through delivery, maintaining timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and deadlines
• Oversee creative intake and production workflow, ensuring complete briefs, consolidated feedback, and accurate delivery
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting, proactively monitoring progress and escalating risks
