Description

You will lead the development and execution of payroll product strategy at Remote, working cross-functionally to build a scalable platform for 80+ markets. Your work will directly impact how global teams get paid compliantly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior product manager in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code; ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and HR functions
• Experience launching products or features that leveraged AI
• Data-driven with experience setting and tracking goals

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts across engineering, design, and operations to launch high-impact payroll projects
• Shape and deliver improvements in a focused area of the product
• Help advance key KPIs related to team goals
• Communicate and collaborate internally and externally with partner teams
• Use AI tools to 10x productivity, decision-making, and workflow efficiency
