You will develop innovative machine learning algorithms to model and design proteins, working with experimental biologists to design tests and iteratively refine predictions. Your work will help advance understanding of human aging and enable medical breakthroughs.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Biology, or related field; or M.S. plus 2+ years experience
• Experience applying deep learning to biological sequences and structures
• Expert in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX
• Strong software engineering skills and Python expertise
• Outstanding communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams
