🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach producers, reporters, anchors, and photographers on storytelling
• Oversee newscast production and special programming
• Lead news team during breaking news and severe weather
• Collaborate with executive team on content and audience goals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of content experience generating original content
• Solid journalistic judgment emphasizing accuracy and fairness
• Strong people management skills
