Description

You will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and validate next-generation gateway electronics for Starlink's global satellite internet network. This role involves driving electrical architecture, managing milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable hardware from concept to production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or other engineering/STEM discipline
• 7+ years of professional experience with hardware design/development or electronics test engineering
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary technical projects from concept through production
• Experience designing mixed-signal circuit boards with processors, FPGAs, Ethernet, and power supply components

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 5-10 engineers to rapidly design, develop, and validate highly reliable gateway electronics
• Drive electrical architecture, specification, component selection, circuit board design, implementation, and debugging
• Define and manage key project milestones and deliverables
• Collaborate with antenna, software, mechanical, thermal, and manufacturing teams to drive business success
• Recruit, develop, and promote a team of engineers; own engineering lab or development workspaces
