• Define and execute market entry strategies for TikTok advertising.
• Own sales delivery across Kazakhstan, exceeding targets and KPIs.
• Build and manage a portfolio of agencies and advertisers.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in media sales with digital advertising knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relationships.
• Strategic and data-driven analytical mindset.
• Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Deep familiarity with Central Asian ad markets, especially Kazakhstan.
