🎯 What You'll Do

  • Address customer inquiries across support channels.
  • Leverage knowledge base to resolve common issues.
  • Escalate technical issues while prioritizing satisfaction.
  • Channel customer feedback to product/engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 2 years of customer support experience.
  • Solid written and spoken English.
  • Commitment to a 40-hour workweek starting 2pm ART.
  • Familiarity with tools like Front, Intercom, or Zendesk.
