🎯 What You'll Do
- Address customer inquiries across support channels.
- Leverage knowledge base to resolve common issues.
- Escalate technical issues while prioritizing satisfaction.
- Channel customer feedback to product/engineering teams.
📋 Requirements
- 2 years of customer support experience.
- Solid written and spoken English.
- Commitment to a 40-hour workweek starting 2pm ART.
- Familiarity with tools like Front, Intercom, or Zendesk.
