🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and manage HR documentation including employment letters.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS and tracking systems.
• Support onboarding execution and Day 1 readiness.
• Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
• Support benefits administration including insurance enrollment.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or People Ops roles.
• Strong attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and HR workflows.

• Experience with insurance or fintech industry.
