You'll join the supply zone team at Brighterly, an online learning platform for children in the US, responsible for managing the full hiring funnel from application to offer. Your work will directly impact platform growth and student learning quality by ensuring a smooth pipeline of tutors. This role offers hands-on experience with high-volume hiring in a fast-paced EdTech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Managing candidates from application to offer
• Publishing and updating vacancies on job boards
• Coordinating interview schedules and communication
• Tracking hiring performance metrics in spreadsheets

📋 Requirements

• 6+ months of recruitment experience
• B2+ English proficiency
• Attention to detail and multitasking
• Comfortable with data and spreadsheets

• Experience with ATS or CRM systems
• EdTech or high-volume hiring background
• Understanding of full hiring lifecycle
