You'll lead Vevo's agency upfront partnerships, building strategic relationships with senior agency leaders. Your work will drive revenue and growth through innovative partnership structures. This role offers premier access to music content and the chance to shape the video marketplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain agency upfront partnerships
• Negotiate holdco-level agreements and strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance
• Provide internal and external communication on revenue pacing and forecasting

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in media sales or agency experience
• 3+ years of agency partnership experience
• Extensive Video and/or TV marketplace experience
• Senior contacts at video and digital agencies

• Experience building a sales function in small/medium company environments
• Proven ability to structure agency-level strategic partnerships
• Strong presentation and writing skills for executive audiences
