You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automations and integrations. This role offers official ServiceNow training and the chance to work on high-impact enterprise projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy GenAI solutions on ServiceNow.
• Implement Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Now Assist.
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

📋 Requirements

• 3–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI/GenAI features.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting skills (Business Rules, Client Scripts).
• Proven experience with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM and workflow automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and data extraction.
