You'll be the operational backbone of recruiting at an AI lab pioneering general-purpose world models. You'll own end-to-end interview scheduling and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint through offer. This is a foundational hire where you'll build processes from scratch alongside a stellar founding team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all open roles.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint through offer.
• Manage and maintain the ATS (Ashby) with accurate data.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with Rippling and background checks.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline conversion.

• Relentlessly organized—juggling 15+ open roles simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of urgency and ownership in a competitive talent market.
• Comfortable with ambiguity—shaping processes from scratch.
• Data-minded—track metrics, spot patterns, and improve operations.
