You'll own Paid Search execution for brands like HelloFresh and EveryPlate in the U.S. market, translating global strategy into daily optimizations. Your core impact will be driving CAC, CVR, and ROAS through granular analysis and campaign scaling. This role offers the opportunity to work in a matrixed global organization with high autonomy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute and optimize daily Paid Search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across keywords, queries, devices, and geos
- Run A/B tests on bidding, creatives, and landing pages
- Build performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
๐ Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in Paid Search
- Hands-on proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads including PMAX and Shopping
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Strong command of performance metrics like CPC, CVR, CAC, LTV

- Experience with automation scripts and tools
- Certifications in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools
