Description

As an Inside Sales Representative for LA Galaxy, you will join a sales development program to prepare for a career in sports sales. You'll generate revenue by selling season tickets, partial game plans, and group tickets through outbound calls, inbound responses, and networking. You'll also manage accounts and attend home games to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years related work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with professional sports

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through cold calls, face-to-face appointments, and networking
• Conduct high volume of new business calls daily
• Provide prompt responses to inbound and outbound customer communications
• Manage accounts to exceed established sales goals
• Attend all home games to ensure great customer service
