🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
• Lead day-to-day coal processing operations for safe and efficient performance
• Optimize production processes to maximize recovery and yield
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and other teams to meet targets

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of progressively senior experience in coal processing or heavy industrial environment
• Proven leadership experience building high-performing teams
• Solid understanding of coal processing circuits and production optimization
• Experience in a unionized environment administering collective agreements
