πΌ About This Role
You'll lead customer retention and expansion for a portfolio of national accounts in facilities services. You'll directly manage key accounts while developing a team, driving growth and loyalty. This player-coach role sits on the commercial leadership team, influencing strategy and execution.
π― What You'll Do
- Serve as senior contact for 3-5 strategic national accounts
- Build executive relationships across facilities, operations, procurement, finance
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews focused on strategic outcomes
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across trades and geographies
π Requirements
- 8-12 years progressive experience in customer success or account management in B2B services
- 3-5 years directly managing a team of customer-facing individual contributors
- Proven track record of delivering net revenue retention and multi-million-dollar expansion revenue
- Salesforce proficiency to build reports and coach on hygiene
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-trade service programs or SaaS-enabled services
- Multi-site customer experience in retail, QSR, or similar industries
- Fluency in a consultative sales methodology like Challenger
