Description

You will own and lead the renewals process for enterprise customers in EMEA, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer value and long-term success. You'll negotiate contracts, identify upsell opportunities, and build foundational processes for this new role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying Post-Sales / Customer Success / Account Management in Enterprise SaaS
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • Negotiation skills and demonstrated capability closing large, complex contracts
  • Eagerness to grow business strategically and create new processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead renewals process with account team to preserve and enhance contracts
  • Build foundational processes and playbooks for renewals
  • Engage decision-makers to identify requirements and roadblocks
  • Maintain accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts aligning to customer goals
