Description
You will own and lead the renewals process for enterprise customers in EMEA, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer value and long-term success. You'll negotiate contracts, identify upsell opportunities, and build foundational processes for this new role.
Requirements
- 5+ years quota-carrying Post-Sales / Customer Success / Account Management in Enterprise SaaS
- Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
- Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
- Negotiation skills and demonstrated capability closing large, complex contracts
- Eagerness to grow business strategically and create new processes
Responsibilities
- Lead renewals process with account team to preserve and enhance contracts
- Build foundational processes and playbooks for renewals
- Engage decision-makers to identify requirements and roadblocks
- Maintain accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals
- Negotiate and execute renewal contracts aligning to customer goals
