💼 About This Role

You'll drive operational efficiency and scalability across Saronic's Growth organization. You'll serve as the connective tissue between leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams. This role offers exposure to strategic initiatives and the chance to solve ambiguous challenges in a fast-paced startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and drive strategic initiatives across teams.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable workflows.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on business opportunities.
• Own pricing, demand planning, and forecast simulations.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, consulting, or finance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
