Description

You will lead the Ad Mediation area, driving technical strategy and architecture for Roku's ad serving platforms at massive scale. You'll shape product direction, grow high-performing teams, and improve developer productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years architecting and building large distributed systems in high-growth environments
• Track record of building and leading high-performing senior and staff+ engineering teams
• Staff+ technologist experience with complex, low-latency, revenue-critical backend systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• AI literacy and curiosity (experience with Gen AI preferred)
