Description

You will facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, manage logistics, and support content creation for learning experiences at SpaceX. Your role involves fostering collaboration, skill development, and continuous improvement of training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 3+ years experience
• 2+ years experience designing and developing training curriculum
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning design tools (e.g., Vyond, Articulate Storyline)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training, including team-building workshops
• Partner with stakeholders to design and conduct team offsites
• Manage training logistics: scheduling, room booking, IT coordination
• Evaluate, update, and create training materials and post-training resources
• Support content creation across multiple modalities (e.g., computer-based modules)
