You'll provide tier 2/3 support for a large enterprise network serving over 20,000 users. Your core impact is resolving outages and maintaining network devices across LAN/WAN environments. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge defense technology in a mission-driven organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle outage and maintenance tickets for over 20,000 users
• Install and configure routers, switches, IPS, and wireless controllers
• Troubleshoot layer 1-3 network issues and resolve incidents
• Support COMSEC equipment including TACLANES re-keying

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of IT experience as a Network Technician
• Cisco CCNA certification (or obtain within 3-6 months)
• Security+ CE certification required
• Fundamental understanding of the OSI Model

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
• Knowledge of wireless technologies, VPN, IPS, WAN accelerators
• Bachelor's degree
