Requirements

• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
• 7+ years technical experience in infrastructure technologies
• 3+ years experience managing a team
• Experience guiding teams through planning, prioritization, and execution
• Solid experience in one major cloud provider: AWS (ideal), GCP, Azure

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and lead a technical team, focusing on personal and technical development
• Structure and staff the team for growth opportunities and business goals
• Maintain prioritized backlog and create short-term and long-term goals
• Guide team to deliver high-quality products by following best practices
• Instill continuous improvement in code, architecture, and processes
