π― What You'll Do
- Partner with CEO to execute sales strategy and achieve growth targets
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market clients
- Lead client meetings to uncover needs and present tailored IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable deals
π Requirements
- 5+ years in Business Development or similar sales role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions experience
- Consultative selling and full sales lifecycle management
β¨ Nice to Have
- MSP experience highly desirable
- Strong network in Sydney market
- Experience with CRM and PSA systems
