You'll provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues for a fintech CRM platform built on Salesforce. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US and UK, contributing to a supportive and high-energy environment where your career will flourish.

  • Resolve client issues via email, phone, and chat
  • Log, triage, and resolve incidents within SLA requirements
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate with QA, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, SQL)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
