You'll provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues for a fintech CRM platform built on Salesforce. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US and UK, contributing to a supportive and high-energy environment where your career will flourish.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve client issues via email, phone, and chat
- Log, triage, and resolve incidents within SLA requirements
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with QA, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering
๐ Requirements
- Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, SQL)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Experience with Salesforce-based applications
