Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health care to clients with complex medical needs
• Manage flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight shifts available
• Utilize user-friendly electronic charting (Cubhub) for patient care documentation
• Participate in personalized paid training including SIM labs
