Description

You will provide Tier II support for the IT Operations team, managing support tickets, monitoring systems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment in Issaquah, WA.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in organized software support, preferably Tier II/III
  • Experience supporting Windows/Linux servers and performing upgrades
  • Working knowledge of SQL and ability to create/modify queries
  • Working knowledge of WMS, Planning/Forecasting platforms (HighJump / AGR Dynamics)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve support tickets, providing Tier II support for internal and external customers
  • Monitor systems using real-time monitoring tools and proactively identify errors
  • Provide oral and written status updates to customers
  • Work with project delivery team to communicate requirements and deploy updates
  • Provide on-call support and training to team members
