๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive Lakewatch as the strategic security data platform, partnering with regional teams to close SIEM modernization deals. Your core impact is replacing legacy log management tools with an open, agentic platform that cuts costs and improves detection. You'll represent Databricks in the market and enable field teams to independently position Lakewatch.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Exceed Lakewatch ARR and pipeline targets in your coverage area
- Replace legacy SIEM and log management tools, delivering customer savings
- Drive high-impact SIEM deals across global accounts
- Enable field AEs to qualify and position Lakewatch independently
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience exceeding quota
- Proven success selling security platforms (SIEM, XDR, etc.) to CISOs
- Strong understanding of modern security operations and data architectures
- Experience in a specialist or overlay sales role partnering with core AEs

- Executive presence and fluency in leading C-level conversations
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in security data lakes or log analytics
