You'll perform clinical ear piercings in a retail medical environment, combining nursing expertise with customer-centric care to create a safe, joyful experience. You'll uphold Rowan's Clinical Piercing Standard® while building trust and ensuring a celebratory atmosphere.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ear piercings with sterile technique and precision
• Educate customers on aftercare and product recommendations
• Maintain clean, aseptic environment and sterilize instruments
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth studio operations

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• Professional customer care approach
• Availability for flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain sterile environment

• Experience in pediatrics
• Ear piercing experience
• Mentoring or training experience
