💼 About This Role

You'll prep vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, and buffing at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center. You'll play a key role in delivering first-rate cars to customers. The role offers training programs to progress your skills and pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep vehicles for paint: sanding, masking, taping
• Bag and unbag vehicle parts for painting
• Buff and polish painted surfaces
• Tear down and reassemble vehicle components

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Work in a fast-paced production environment

• Automotive paint certification (e.g., ASE)
