Description

You will join Shift's Delivery team in Canada to spearhead the deployment of AI solutions for global insurance clients. You'll act as the cornerstone between technical teams and client stakeholders, ensuring projects move from scoping to scalable success by anticipating risks and building trust-based relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years technical project management experience with consulting or SaaS
• PM certification (PMP, Prince2, or CAPM)
• Fluent English and professional French (written and spoken)
• Growth mindset, eager to integrate AI-driven tools
• Collaborative in cross-functional environments
