Description

You will lead the development of new digital payload products, including modems, processors, and network routers, from concept through in-flight operations. You'll define requirements, architect designs, conduct board layout and bring-up, and support qualification and production in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or other engineering discipline
• 5+ years experience in space electronics with expertise in high-speed serial interfaces (SPI, PCIe, Ethernet), SoCs, microcontrollers, and DSP
• Experience developing and delivering digital products from requirements to space-worthy products
• Detailed knowledge of DSP algorithms and communication theory
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product requirements specs
• Architect digital product designs
• Design and prototype including component selection and PCB layout
• Support test plans, GSE, production automation, and documentation
• Provide technical support and participate in engineering reviews
