💼 About This Role

You'll partner with R&D and Customer leadership to own financial models and drive strategic decisions. You'll build AI-enabled workflows to scale finance operations, ensuring data integrity and automating analysis. This role is key to evolving finance into a data-driven, agent-powered function at a market-leading SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the R&D financial model (headcount, capacity, investment prioritization)
• Partner with CCO on Customer Success forecasting and performance
• Design and orchestrate AI-driven workflows for forecasting and reporting
• Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights

📋 Requirements

• 4–8+ years in FP&A, Corporate or Strategic Finance
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills
• Experience with planning systems (Drivetrain, Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive)
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (retention, churn, cost-to-serve)

• Cloud cost / infrastructure finance experience
• SQL proficiency for independent data querying
• Experience in high-growth or PE-backed SaaS environments
