You'll join our Managed Services team to help top CPG manufacturers drive efficient eCommerce logistics. You'll build strategies that reduce costs, improve processes, and minimize risk for clients. This role offers a chance to work with industry-leading brands and grow your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Walk through client supply chains to evaluate efficiency and accuracy
• Train retail managers and specialists on supply chain solutions
• Guide teams in disputing and recovering errant chargebacks
• Identify root causes of incurred costs and build avoidance plans

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of eCommerce logistical processes, preferably Amazon
• High attention to detail and desire for perfection
• Ability to analyze client data and translate into actionable insight
• Consultative mindset focused on helping others learn and succeed

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central
• Familiarity with Walmart Supply Chain
• Knowledge of deductions/chargebacks
