🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead GTM analytics and planning strategies for global sales organization.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee sales performance measurement and revenue forecasting.
• Drive annual and quarterly GTM planning initiatives like territory and quota planning.
• Partner with Marketing Analytics for end-to-end funnel visibility.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Analytics within B2B SaaS.
• Proven expertise in GTM planning processes (quota modeling, capacity planning).
• Strong technical proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Experience using Python or R for advanced modeling and forecasting.
