  • Strong analytical and root cause identification skills.
  • Builder's mindset with enthusiasm for AI-powered tools.
  • Excellent written communication for documenting complex product behavior.

  • Experience with product analytics, support tooling, or knowledge management platforms.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or light technical investigation.
