You'll lead quality and food safety programs at a mission-driven startup reducing food waste. Your work ensures compliance with SQF/GFSI standards and drives continuous improvement. You'll be an active presence on the warehouse floor, bridging strategy and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement Quality and Food Safety policies
• Lead QA/QC Sanitation Technicians for SQF compliance
• Analyze defect data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Manage supplier compliance using TraceGains

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Food Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of QA or process engineering experience in manufacturing
• FDA PCQI Certified and HACCP Certified
• Strong proficiency in Data Analysis and Statistical Process Control

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Spanish proficiency
• Supplier management experience
