• 5+ years full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth tech.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end recruiting operations globally.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior or niche technical roles.
• Strong data-informed mindset using metrics to optimize recruiting.
