Description

You will conduct due diligence on infrastructure fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions. You'll analyze sectors like transportation, telecommunications, utilities, power, energy, logistics, renewables, social impact, and sustainability, and prepare investment recommendations for the Investment Committee.

Requirements

• Must be able to work legally in Canada without requiring visa sponsorship
• Must be able to work full-time hours in-person in Toronto office starting July 2026 for 6-8 months
• Undergraduate, Masters or MBA student graduating Sep 2026 through Jun 2028
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities, including strong quantitative/modeling skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and analyze trends across various sectors
• Prepare valuation analyses of private companies/assets using DCF and transaction comparables
• Assist in creating and adjusting Excel-based financial models
• Construct and communicate investment recommendations in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Review financial analyses from target fund managers, including investment track records
