Description

You will serve as a critical member of the Customer Engagement Team, responsible for meeting sales targets, managing territory accounts, and building relationships with healthcare professionals to support the launch of bezuclastinib in multiple indications.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience
  • Strong preference for Rare Disease/Oncology/Hematology experience
  • Expert at navigating large accounts and/or hospitals
  • Demonstrated strong clinical selling, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory accounts by building relationships with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and business stakeholders
  • Analyze business performance and create comprehensive territory plans with unique account strategies
  • Deliver branded sales messages and execute medical education programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain deep understanding of territory dynamics including opinion leaders, treatment trends, and payer dynamics
