💼 About This Role

You'll lead the 24/7 Crew Scheduling department, ensuring on-time performance and legal compliance. You'll improve crew member experience and operational integrity while collaborating with multiple departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with Network Planning on flight schedule improvements and planned buffers.
• Collaborate with Crew Planning on reserve levels and headcount models.
• Maintain positive relationships with Union leadership.
• Develop and deliver Crew Scheduling performance reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years experience in an operational role, preferably Crew Scheduling.
• Minimum two (2) years supervisor experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with collective bargaining agreements.
• Understanding of recruiting and hiring processes within Allegiant.
• Experience in developing training curriculum.
