Description

You will manage all phases of a complex mass tort docket, from intake through resolution, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced plaintiffs' law firm with over $1 billion in verdicts and settlements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active Texas State Bar membership
• 2–4 years of experience, preferably in mass torts
• Strong organizational and case management skills
• Excellent communication and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of a mass tort docket from intake through resolution
• Track and meet critical litigation deadlines
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants
• Maintain regular client contact for case updates
• Review medical records, pleadings, motions, and filings
