Requirements

• 6+ years software development experience
• Bachelor's in CS or equivalent
• Strong backend experience with Java, Python, or Groovy
• Experience building web apps with React and JavaScript
• Proficiency with Git, unit testing, CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features and platform enhancements
• Own full software development lifecycle from design through production
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical operations teams
• Support all platform layers: database, backend (Java, Python, Groovy), frontend (React, TypeScript)
• Mentor junior engineers and foster learning culture
