You'll lead engineering for the Communications group at Jane, building a unified messaging experience that brings secure messaging, SMS, and future channels together. Your work directly supports helping thousands of clinics improve patient communication. This role offers a chance to shape thoughtful architecture and emerging capabilities including AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver a unified messaging experience for practices.
• Raise the technical bar through collaboration and feedback.

• Connect engineering decisions to customer and business outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience building production Ruby applications commercially.
• Experience designing and operating web applications at scale (10k+ customers).
• Full-stack capability across backend and frontend codebases.
• Strong communication and architectural reasoning at a staff level.
